Online Registration
- All registrations for this convention will be made via online registration. Online registration is required prior to the event. Please note that there will be no on-site registration on the day of the event. Name cards will not be sent in advance.

- *1, *2: Upload your ID card issued by your organization to the designated place at the time of registration. Please carry your ID card with you at all times during the meeting. Please note that if you do not have your ID card, the registration fee will be charged to individual members, non-members, or institutional members.
- The paid registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

- You can register for the President Dinner and the Networking Reception and the reception on the system when you register for the event. You can also register for the President Dinner and the Networking Reception on the "My Page" after completing registration.
- The President's Dinner will close when the maximum number of participants (120) is reached and the Networking Reception will close when the maximum number of participants (300) is reached.
- For Networking Reception, a shuttle bus will be available from the conference venue to Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo.

- All registrations will be made online. Please click the "Click here to register" button at the bottom of this page.
Payment
- Only credit card payment is accepted for the registration (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club).
Cancellation Policy
- Please note that once you have registered and completed the payment, the registration cannot be canceled for any reason. We will not refund the fee so please check your registration status and category before registration.
How to receive your name card, receipt, and certificate of attendance.
| Name Card | In order to get your name card, you need to scan your registration QR code at the registration desk. Please access "My Page" with your registration ID and password to obtain the QR code in advance. At the reception desk, display your registration QR code on your device. QR code will be available on "My Page" from July 25 (Thu). Either your device, such as your smartphone, or printed paper can be applied. |

- Please be aware that all the documents are available only in digital form. We are unable to issue paper-based receipts/certificates or send them by mail.
Online Registration Flow
- STEP1Click "Click here to register" at the bottom of this page.
- STEP2Please enter your name, and e-mail address on the temporary registration screen and click "Send temporary registration e-mail".
- STEP3You will receive a "Notice of Completion of Temporary Registration" to your registered e-mail address. Click on the URL in the e-mail to complete the registration.
- STEP4Credit card payment procedure
- Once payment is completed, you will receive an email with the "Notice of Completion of Payment and Registration" and the registration process will be completed.
- The "Notice of Completion of Payment and Registration" e-mail will contain the URL of My Page and the registration ID and password to log in.
Changing your registration information
- To change your personal information, please log in “My Page” with your login ID and password and click "Edit" button. Please note that registration categories cannot be changed, so please make sure to register correctly.
Handling of Personal Information
- The information received at the time of registration for this a meeting will be used only for the purpose of preparing for the operation of this meeting. We will take all necessary security measures to ensure that your personal information is kept under strict control.
